It should no be frozen in the well, think a frost line is like 3 feet down. Even 12 on the guage says to me there is some pressure in the pressure tank and should have something coming ot. Think ny swith is on at 30 ish and off around 45 or so. If it is 12 you would think the pump would run. Where is the on/off pressure switch? Still have my number?
