How Safe are Your Jack Stands???

I use Craftsman jack stands but I keep the floor jack in place as well keeping partial weight on all.

Same here. The craftsman jack I have is a 2 ton I believe. The stands are very good. However, the actual jack is sorta hard to release the pressure without it going too fast. Hard to control the letdown speed.
