Bostonian 71 demon

May I ask where the 60lb weight loss came from? I see the holes drilled and the brakes save much, but where else? Also, in the Landy pic, do you know how he switched to coilovers? The lower control arm has a strange bracket it appears at the pivot mount and the coilover mounts lower and out from where the strut rod was even. Interesting
No problem vast majority of the weight savings came from ditching the 73 plus disc swap and control arms and ball joints. Plus my uppers are trimmed and lightened. The slant 6 spindles are milled. All bolts are the needed length gun-drilled and counter sunk in the heads for larger than 3/8th diched the factory brass distribution block and excess lines. Also I use titanium, aluminum and chrome molly when possible. I will be making an insert with a trunnion bearing that will go in and replace the torsion bar and have a bracket that will support the control arm with the coil overs
