The guy is from Pennsylvania not washington.
He moved to Washington to go to school at W.S.U.
It doesn't matter where a person is from.
We all have a human condition.

Some live by the flesh others the spirit.

Well that's fine and dandy, but not the point.
I don't care if his hometown is from somewhere in Kazakhstan, the overall point is that he's from out of state, and came from Washington State University in to Idaho State.
