good friend has a tube chassis 72 black Cuda.
it currently has a Best machine big wedge in it. It’s been in the high 4’s in the 1/8 on motor in bracket trim
car weighs maybe 2400 ish with driver. Maybe a bit less

car ran 9.04-9.06 ish in the 1/4, very impressive I thought, even being light.
he was trying to get it into the 8’s, so swapped on a super Victor. I honestly don’t remember how it was prepped.
I do remember the quickest the car went was 9 teens. Think it went 9.17.
buddy campaigns that motor now in a 3100 pound bracket car( with Victor) runs 10.20’s in great air
