**** nobody wants to pay us nothing in this trade. But if you're a plumber you make a bunch of $$$ and you don't have 1% of the skill most of us have. (no ding on any trade here just an example) I can weld, braze, sweat pipe, fabricate, wrench etc. and I might as well be a Walmart greeter.
I was a plumber for around 50 yrs ., I can do a whole bunch of things not related to plumbing , 4 hotrods , first one held a record for 3 months , was set with a broken inner valve spring on no.5 cyl. .
I have never paid anyone to do anything to my house , except the metal roof ,and siding , when I had my elbows operated on , and I was home to keep an eye on them , kinda proves you dont know what your talking about !
There is an old saying , plumbers do it all .
