Take the auto cam exh lobe, put it on the intake and the 440 mag intake lobe and put on exh... that's the 4 speed cam.
Outside that it is the OEM style cam that came in 68 cars, special, Not IMO. If I'm buying a new cam because I want much better performance from a 340, it isn't going to be that one unless some class rule requires an absolutely stock camshaft. Is it slightly better than the Auto cam, yeah, might get you another 200 RPM power to 5400-5500.
