What Are You Doing To/With Your Car Today?

Got my fuel line run after several backup-and-start-overs. First, I attached the line to the sending unit before I realized that the line was on the wrong side of the jack stand.:BangHead: Backup-and-start-over! Unhooked from sending unit and moved the whole line to the outside of the jack stand. Then I realized that the route from the sending unit over to the wheel well bend is supposed to go BEHIND the gas tank strap.:BangHead: Backup-and-start-over! Unhooked from the sending unit again and ran the line behind the tank strap. I got the line with all the bends in the right places and snapped into the frame clips...roll the front...I didn't thread the line through the crossmember:BangHead: Backup-and-start-over! The third try was the charm. Through the crossmember, in the body clips, under the frame rail, behind the tank strap, and attached to the sending unit, ground strap clipped on.

Only 3 tries...you did well!

Now be careful with that fuel line connection in the engine compartment as once full, it will siphon the tank if you disconnect it (ask me how I know :BangHead: )
