I believe this steering wheel came on a 1972 model . I noticed the speedometer is measured in kph not mph and the factory tach would have been in the instrument cluster not on the hood. Nice looking Chrysler in the background
The steering wheel is stock - it came with the Duster to Vienna, Austria in 1971, built for export (KPH-speedo); the car came without tach (and radio), the hood mounted tach is aftermarket, more here:
