1971 duster

The steering wheel is stock - it came with the Duster to Vienna, Austria in 1971, built for export (KPH-speedo); the car came without tach (and radio), the hood mounted tach is aftermarket, more here:

I noticed the speedometer and I thought that it might have been an export vehicle? You advised that "out of factory your duster should have this steering wheel (without pentastar in center)" . To be sure what wheel was on the car he should look at his build sheet. That will tell the tale no matter what we think. Again I believe unless the original purchaser up graded to a "tuff" wheel the car would come with the 3 spoke low trim wheel. Just my opinion.
