They are usually cheap when needing work. Gut it and have a small sleeping area in the nose still. Not sure the chassis is heavy enough or the axles, but worth keeping eyes open for a deal.
with the cost of even used car trailers it's definitely worth looking into. Been trying to find a 18 foot to haul the old truck to shows and 6 grand is what I'm looking at.
Can buy an older school bus for 6 grand cut the sides and roof off 20 feet and use the front half for living space.
