Pro Stock. The good old days

I remember reading that the alleged nitrous system was in the oil pan or the oil pan rail or something like that . I also think i read that the engine was based on the low deck and B1 Heads .

Yeah, at the end it had the B1 head that they called the Pro Stock Option.

Every once in a great while you might see a set pop up.

I forget what shop was responsible for the PSO head. I’m sure they still have the programming to do the heads.

The problem is you have to start with a raw casting with no bolt hole, no spark plug holes, no chambers…nothing.

Now that I think about it you may have to start with the canted valve B1 casting to do the PSO option.
