My park issue with the 2822963 (early) 3 wire 2 speed motor was an incorrect "new" white plastic park switch. The switch had been sitting around since sometime in the 90's so I have no idea where it came from? We had a 2822963 (late) 3 wire 2 speed motor with the updated metal park switch so I opened that up
