My doc said to get 3 15 oz bottles of magnesium citrate and to put in a small amount of ginger ale and fire it down around 12 hours before my poke. Stuff wasn't bad at all, and cleared the plumbing out real well. Things went well next day and he said at 72 I wouldn't have to come back again seeing as I've be clear for all 5 of my tunnel checks :eek::eek: .. Life can be a real pain in the *** sometimes.
