Crate 360 cam?

360 Crate Build
I have a Mopar performance crate motor # P4876908 basic cr 9.5:1 but Mopar catalog states 9.1:1 with “A”cast iron 70cc heads, ( which I will be using 596 or 587 not sure yet. Thinking of the 596 due to the no lead ex valve seats.)

This will be going in a 71 Demon
With factory 727 stock converter and a stage 1 shift kit and 8 3/4, 3.91 suregrip.

Not a race car but just a weekend street warrior.

-Camshaft in the short block is 292/508 purple shaft.
Will the purple shaft be too much for the stock converter?, if so would it be a good idea to use Rhoades on the 292/508?
I also have a comp cam XE268H- 268/280 .477/.480 if the 292/508 is too much.
Does a hv oil pump affect the pump up of the Rhoades?
If I use the pump up lifters on the purple shaft they will bring me to around 262/484ish. ( no point ? Very close to the Comp profile.)
If the 292/508 is fine in this car I will avoid the Rhoades lifters.

-Intake is Mopar dual plane aluminum. P4582852
-Going to use a 71 AVS from a 440.
-Double roller
My only thing I am uncertain of is the cam to use. I am leaning towards the Comp 268 only because I would rather not have the motor come alive later in the rpms due to to the stock converter.

I suspect it shouldn’t be too bad being in an A body with the 3.91’s

What do you all think?

Any suggestions are welcome.
