1966 Dart GT-it begins
Its been awhile. Update: I started out to a purist but the desire to do what I couldn’t afford to do in my youth, I am now doing. And it will be of more interest and hopefully kept by my son in the future.
QA1 rear suspension (cross member now in) and ordered HDK @HemiDenny front set up today. He is awesome and answers all questions and has great advise.
Got the wrap around metal replaced under the right tail light that rusted through and both mini tubs done. Eliminated the pinch weld in the trans tunnel in case of future 727 and smoothed it so I didn’t have a hammered bunch of metal. I reinforced that seam on the inside floor before cutting it flush and welding.
Got all four dash pieces back from Vacuum Ornametal.
