I just got off the phone with the guy & he thought about my offer yesterday & he had said yes yesterday then today he declined. he said he has way too many cars & some need to go. I had offered my 73 dart & 4.5K bank draft. the guy has an excellent rep on ebay (its for sale there & LA craigslist) I am not comfortable sending money out with no buyer protection. I could just buy it on ebay ($15.5K) & today he said he would sell it to me outright for $14.5K cash. RR. EDIT "1965 dodge dart"
