Well, at least the four speed eliminates the need for kickdown linkage.
The rest still depends on the factory intake- the '66 and earlier 273 Commando/Charger intakes used a bracket that bolts to a cast-in boss on the #5/7 runner.
The later 340/360 manifolds will use this bracket:

And, as previously stated , the carb will require the Mopar lever adapter and stud, available from various sources such as:
