Basically I take the fastest rate of lift roller camshaft I
can fine and reproduce and reduce it to stock lift.
Pretty much square when finished. Then take a tool steel
or ceramic bottom lifter with insane Valve Spring Pressure
(200++) on the seat and never let it idle at all.
I see. So duration rules are unlimited and of course sounds like rollers are legal too. Pretty slick, John!
