If you have to pay a top engine builder = $10,000 + and you
supply all the core parts.

The Wagon is a small Valve (1.78/1.50) with a .375 lift camshaft
and not much compression to work with.

To be competitive you better find a way to make this 145 HP engine
produce 400HP plus in this heavy Wagon!
