Hello there.
The brakes are 1973 and up single piston setup. Lol, I was not spending $7500 on a pair of hubs/rotors to but the correct brakes on. The car started off life as a 318 car but I did add the torque boxes. I do have a pair of velocity stacks for the car but the engines left the assemble plant with those cheap chrome air cleaners and the stacks were in the trunk. I paid $60 each for the blue repop fuel filters on my Dart. The lettering lasted 6 month and then was faded off, was did not do it again. The filters on that car are plain Fram filters with the lettering taken off.
I see that you had a clone yourself at one time but you sold it, nice car! Are you really interested in this car or you just want to see what I did?
One real cool thing I do on these cars are the wheel/tire combo. Did you guys know that they cam with 14” wheels on the front and 15” wheels on the rear? They did! They used a B body style rear diff that was around the same with as a 67 B body but the diff was too wide for the car. They made a special offset rim where the center was pushed out ( hoop was pushed in) so the tire fit under the quarter panel. They went with the B body style diff because they wanted a 4 1/2” bolt pattern and the option of a Dana. They ran a 14” wheel in the front because anything larger would rub the fenders. Fun stuff for sure.
Thanks, Troy
