In Need Manual Steering Coupler!!

I'm in need of a manual steering coupler for a later A Body. The coupler I need has to be manual .700 hole diameter and needs to be 3 1/2 inches long. Not 3 inches long. This should be found on 74 and up a bodies and fmj cars. In pittsburgh pa area please reach out if you have one. Thank you!!
