That would be a cool project, these engines respond very well to a little work. Headers that will fit in a US body would probably be your biggest hurdle. Some had dual outlet manifolds from factory which would help but are still quite restrictive.

I was looking to put it in my 84 Stepside Pickup, so exhaust options would be easier. I found that the 265 will bolt up (without mods) to a small block 904. Looks that I would need to supply an easy to fab block-off plate. I figured that I would get pretty good crowds at car shows.
