Thermostat and housing
Standard Mopar thermostat housing. Like this:

The recess for the thermostat is in the housing, not the manifold.
Stock t-stat is 195*, up to you to decide if you need to run a 180 or 160. I always run a hi-flo one. If it doesn't have one, drill a 1/8" hole in the t-stat for an air bleed as shown.
