NOT MINE Fun little valiant with questionable engine swap

1966 Plymouth Valiant - cars & trucks - by owner - vehicle...

I don't think any '66 valiant came original with a flat head and I am not sure if its an upgrade but I do love to see people try new things with their cars. What do you think?
