Random pictures thread

If they are better than 12 meters tall at 40 years old they would respond well to thinning but I don't know if less than 2 hectares is worth messing with. I remember some of the hardwood pictures from your spot and bet the site indices are pretty high (for lots of species). Red Pine sure did across the lake from you in the UP!
They're probably 20 meters high now. Logging company we have in right now says they get root dependant and if you take out a row they'll probably wind blow down after that. No biggy, I just took that shot after walking and counting marked sawlog trees, mainly Red Oak..
