Fuel Pump Eccentric Question...

Setting Valve Lash and Replacing the Fuel Pump tomorrow night...
What Crank Positions are "least" and "Most" for the Eccentric Cam? (early Solid Cam 273)
Would like to Install the New Pump in it's Relaxed Position.
