I hate to bring this up... but doesn't that "V" insignia indicate a Valiant? Probably a '64 or '65. The Barracuda would have had the Barracuda fish logo I would think.
It was still considered a Valiant submodel in early 65, and it was definitely a Barracuda. They didn't call it a standalone model with the fish until 66
