Master cylinder brake lines fitting ports

Hello guys

Following a serious problem of brake booster, I went to an universal BB/MC replacement :
7" Single Zinc Universal Power Brake Booster + Bail Top Master Cylinder Chevy | eBay
I also purchased a pair of new master cylinder brake lines from Motorcitysupercars :
1967-74 Mopar Dart Duster A Body Power Disc Or Drum Master Cylinder Lines Ss | eBay

Now I have a question.
The master cylinder has the brake lines fitting ports inverted : 1/2"-20 in front and 9/16"-18 in rear.
On my original Mopar A-body master cylinder, it's the contrary (9/16"-18 in front and 1/2"-20 in rear)
May I invert the brake lines on the MC? Would this affect the car braking or not?

:thankyou:
François
