Six barrel idle issue.

Recently changed my 440+6 from an automatic to manual transmission. Now having an idle issue.

If rolling to a stop with either the clutch in or in neutral the idle drops very low 2/400 RPM. If one bumps the throttle a time or two it returns to the desired setting.

I have adjusted the idle speed with the outboard carbs disconnected and then adjusted the rods to them as needed.

Checked the float levels and with the sight plugs removed if you just barely shove over on the fender of the car fuel will slosh out. The solenoid is not present but I had no idle issues with the automatic trans.

Any ideas would be helpful new to the Mopar scene. Thanks!
