If you only have the back half of the car, not sure what you plan on doing with it. I presume you don't have a title for it? If you plan on building it into a car, you will need to (as 4spd said above) acquire a Vin tag (located on the dash) along with a title that matches the Vin. As stated, 1968 bodies have no Vin stamped in them anywhere.
