DeWalt Tools, Replacement Battery question?

One type of DeWalt clone battery wouldn't release from the drill, I ended up breaking one battery tab getting it apart .

Not that I'm planning on buying anything other than DeWalt batteries, but what brand of the clone batteries was that?
