I should probably start an introduction post also, lol. Dmv is kind of “nervous” about giving the info out. Apparently there is a law that passed a very long time ago to not give out current owners info, and when asking about running my dads records to find his previously owned cars vin numbers, they tend to shy away. Plus they tend to hate their jobs lol. I may try this approach again soon, maybe I’ll get lucky with someone else.
