I don’t know if you saw the post where I listed the actual fractures, but they will be fusing 3 of my metatarsals to their respective cuneiform bones. The X-ray doesn’t show all of the fractures.
The surgeon said if we let the bones heal on their own, I’ll likely be dealing with arthritis and more problems down the road, including corrective surgery.
