It was the easiest big-ish truck to drive. Shifted like "butta".


I think the BH is not too terribly difficult to use, there's a guy with a web page about putting a Mopar 833 OD into a caprice/impala with one of those gm truck bell housings.

Not all of them used special patterns/ bells. I've seen photos of some GM setups that use what appeared to be an unmodified Mopar main case with an adapter plate on the bell. And you used to be able to buy those adapters from places like Advanced Adapters.
