Stop in for a cup of coffee

I seen that. Kind of destroys the whole “fire can’t cause a collapse” theory huh
Don't worry. The brains at the Biznes skool will continue to regurgitate the current paradigms with confidence.
I think the one that applies here is privatize it.
:eek::rolleyes:
Good ....well maybe just ...Morning
I'm walking around, not sore, no headache, after busting up the nighbors' front yard with a mattoacks and playing 2 hours of volleyball in the dust. That's a good morning. :)
I put a deposit down on one about an hour away, getting it on Thursday. Price was too good to pass up. I have no clue what I’ll do with it but if I can get it running, I may flip it or keep it and find something to stuff it into
:poke:
Buy stuff you want, not to flip. The only people that can consistantly beat the odds on a flip are total shysters and real experts.
Good thing you have room for storage. You can be patient and sit on it til a buyer comes along.
Thanks. Did the filters, and waterfallmmpumps yesterday.
Maybe fix the rock slide on the right side. Probably need help on that.

Looks great!
M2?? We now talking Browning machine guns? This has been a ton of Knob Creek stories this weekend.
I should have brought this up with you. Are you familiar with Buffalo Arms? Created in 1940. Closed the gun factory in early 1945. They did other war work at other locations. What happened to the name after that is a bit murkier.
