Does that low humidity mess with you much, or is it when the humidity is high, like 80% ?

Humidity hits alcohol harder than altitude changes so you have to be real careful dialing off altitude changes only. This engine has been pretty good since new and even with a brand new 1000 cfm carb. I leaned it out three jet sizes out of the box and haven’t touched it since (normal springtime rebuild). As a matter of fact I’ve never changed the shift point 6800, timing 35 total, valve lash setting .012 since new. I did go from a 1.98 low gear set to a 1.80 to calm It down some and it’s gone from 1.25-1.27 to 1.29-1.32 average but the car runs the same ET.
