I still can’t understand why guys on a lite budget overlook a stock stroke 360. With the availability of 280-300 cfm head’s available you could put a few more bucks towards those and run an external balance to save even a few more dollars. Easy 10’s.
But really how many 318 guys are wanting to build faster than a 14-13s cars 12s at best? But I agree 360 is a better engine to build from and most would be happier with the out come but then again I think most would be even happier with a 383-543.
