In ZA do you get a mix of Australia and USA parts for your hemis? I've seen a few models that were released there that we didn't get in NZ
The 9.5 is more for the tunnel so you don't have to hack it up.

We got a weird Charger over here which a combo of a Demon front with a Duster rear but it came, as most of the SA Vals, with a slant 6 or 383.

There was a special VH770 e37 here brought in by Chrysler South Africa but it blew the cam on the drive from the docks to the factory, and another VH or VJ with a slant 6 bought through a dealership but nothing else. I bought mine in Australia and brought it back here.

However, they were trying to do a 400ci with efi version and beefed up suspension in 1972 or 1973 here based on the VH or VJ Charger. Not sure which of those cars was the donor car. I think possibly the 770.

It would have been called the Valiant Savannah.
