Stop in for a cup of coffee

The alternator doesn't really need a fuse. If it grounds the electromagnetic field gets no power and the engine shuts down cause the ignition gets no power.

I cant recall how different '62 wiring is. I was helping a guy here with an Lancer but maybe it was a '61
I thought the main cable to the alt was to the alt gauge and battery with no fuse? been a long time though...
