I just sent a request for information on what CARB is using this survey for and if they are planning new regulations for Pre-1978 vehicles, if I get an answer I'll post it but doubt they'll say what their end game is. Newsom is on CARBs case to do more about cleaning the air according to a CARB release from last year.
