I 40 and I 8 sure aren't my idea of fun on a day like today. Almost fergot I 10. We were south bound on I 15 from Jean Nev back to Barstow after a dunes buggy race. November the beginning of winter. It rained on us a little in Jean. Going down Baker Grade my partner says "Move over closer to the shoulder of the road. I wanna see something." It was raining hard, we had stopped on the Nev side because we couldn't see the road. In the draw next to the freeway was a sand wash, the flash flood in the wash was just beginning and my partner saw that lead wave physically pass us. I was goin' freeway speed :eek:. Stay outa da low spots!
