Try dealing with State Farm home owners insurance, it is a total dumpster fire. I've had the same results as @Cuda Hunter, a painless quick deal. They fixed our roof and put the contractor in his place when he tried to fleece us for more.

I've had equally painless experiences with car repairs, my ex had a lot of them! My agent takes care of everything promptly for me.

It's hit or miss you though, my first SF agent wasn't the best, and only seem to care about me paying my premium. His assistant was an angel who helped me out a bunch.
