Your UCA positions indicate that you probably have maximum NEGATIVE caster set. The adjusting bolts on the UCA's appear to be set to the front leg of the UCA is all the way in, and the rear leg is all the way out. This is backwards from what you want, and will likely result in negative caster. Which will make the car handle like a shopping cart.
You didn't say if this was something that just started by itself, or started after parts were replaced. If it started by itself and you've made no changes to the UCA's, some of the problem could be from something that has broken- LCA bushing that has given up, LCA pivot tube in the K that has broken, etc. If you just made adjustments to the UCA's or had the alignment done, well, it's wrong.
