The first picture looked like possibly some fancy new Direct Injection piston. Second one revealed the valve. HOW THE HECK DID THAT HAPPEN?!?

At the moment I'm not sure, there's no damage like the timing chain broke but it bent the valve stem and the spring, retainers and keepers are still in the guide lol. It's a 2.7 liter Toyota
