Holley Moparty was great!
Just got home from the Holley Moparty in Bowling Green, KY and it was epic. Rain did affect it a bit on Saturday, and was raining hard when I left at noon today, but Friday was perfect and by Saturday there were more show cars than ever! The racers were up about 20% and the swap was bigger, the first time in 35 years I didn't buy any parts...LOL. I did get to have one final time with the Hemi Under Glass, we ran it down the track for a memoriam to Bob Riggle who passed away two weeks ago. We only got to idle it down the track as the NHRA won't let wheel standers go down their tracks anymore. It was a great time and the rumors about the General Lee were false...
