Convert to manual
I have a 1971 Duster Twister with 318, 904 and 7 1/4. I want to go stroker small block, manual trans and 8 3/4. I have acquired an 8 3/4 housing.
This car is to have fun not make pretty.
I have the opportunity to buy a manual pedal set locally. Can you help me identify it as A body? Is $250 too much? Should I just go with a hydraulic clutch pedal?
I don't care about gas mileage so a 4 speed option seems OK with me.
I don't mind modding this car. I have lifts, welders etc.
