What’s a 360 worth

I have a line on a 360 on FB Marketplace that is local to me. Appears to have the crank, heads, etc. It is completely disassembled thus I would call it a core. Casting number is 4006830-360. What’s it worth? He’s asking $400

Cores are getting harder to come buy if you want a 360 and not a 5.9. If you have an immediate need for it and bores and crank look good it is probably worth 300 to 400. If you dont need it right away you can probably find a better deal but don't know what you are getting without pulling heads and oil pan.
