I'm 3D Printing a set of Dash Panels with Gauges
I'm enjoying watching your progress. I haven't looked at 3d printing as yet, but really should! I made my custom dash board by modifying a factory fascia, then making silicone moulds and casting it out of fibreglass with vinyl ester resin for it's heat stability. It took 10 months to make and perfect the vacuum chamber it had to be made in and make the final products! Many failures before perfecting working from a silicone mould as opposed to the normal fibreglass mould! The fascia at the back is the factory unit for an Aussie 67 Dodge ute, my work in the front. Looking forward to seeing your finished product.
