What if you set your rev limiter to 4500 or something?

Sometimes I think the issue with a good amount of power is a lack of respect. If you build it with 500-600 hp and drive it with a heathy respect for your lack of experience, you will probably be better off than the guy with 400 hp that thinks he is invulnerable.
That's an idea also, it really is. I think when I think more about it, I want to do the carb base because it's where I started and I didn't really take the time work it it. I just went to the next "best" thing because I wanted more power. I've also have tried to sell this 6.4 and get a hellcat or a BGE and build a turbo engine. I have a little bug in me that just want's to the next thing. So a part of going to a carb engine for awhile would be preparing for the eventual drag or circle track car I build, but getting back to the basics is what I had in mind as I haven't done ANY engine work on my own stuff in almost 10 years
